It was great from the get go. Anthony and Jenni gave me quick responses and clear explanations. Using text is great cause it allows everyone to communicate quickly. They also kept me in the loop about everything going on and the different steps needed, and guided me with through the app for document review and signing.
I was very pleased how they also kept my agent, Maggie involved all the while working with the underwriter and getting the appraisals. I do believe that the hand of the Almightly provided favor in all aspects of this deal, allowing all the pieces to be placed perfectly according to His perfect timing. Amen!

Anothony, and everyone else at Annie MAC that Courtnee and I had the pleasure of working with during this very difficult process, was on top of everything. I say difficult process due to issues we had with the seller's team. Everyone on the buyer's side: Choi, Anthony, and everyone at Annie MAC was professional, answered all questions or concerns immediately, regardless of the time of day. Whenever we had a question, we did not have to wait longer than maybe 15/20 minutes for a response back, and that was the longest we waited. They typically responded within minutes if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this team to friends and family if they are purchasing a home in the future, and if we need another home in the future, I would very happily choose the same team again.
I hope they get to read this, so that I can give a huge THANK YOU one more time. You guys did an amazing job, and we are very grateful to have had the team we did! I wish I could give you guys more than a 10, you really earned an 11 or 12 haha
